How we vet clinics

Our vetting checklist, published in full.

Most dental tourism sites will not tell you how they pick clinics, because the honest answer is whoever pays. Here is our entire standard, in public, so you can hold us to it. We are based in Playa del Carmen and every check marked “in person” means exactly that.

The standard

A clinic earns a recommendation only if all of this checks out

Credentials, verified

Facility, inspected in person

Money, in writing

Care, not volume

Accountability

What gets a clinic removed

A verified bait-and-switch on pricing. Warranty terms that were not honored. Overtreatment flagged by a second opinion. Repeated scheduling chaos. Any sterilization concern at all. We would rather list three clinics we trust completely than thirty we cannot vouch for.

Transparency: listing is never paid. Some clinics pay a referral fee when a patient books. The standards above do not bend for it, and if we are compensated for a referral we tell you.

For clinics

Run a clinic in Cancun, Playa or Tulum?

If your clinic already works this way, we should talk. The vetting review is free, in person and takes about two hours. Clinics that pass get patients who arrive informed, calm and ready, exactly the kind you want.
