All-on-4 in Cancun & Mexico

A full arch of fixed teeth, at a third of the US price.

All-on-4 in Cancun typically runs $9,000 to $12,000 per arch, including surgery and fixed provisional teeth. The same treatment is commonly quoted at $24,000 to $50,000 per arch in the US. It is the single biggest reason patients fly to Mexico, and the treatment where doing your homework matters most.

What is included

An honest All-on-4 package, itemized

Surgery phase (trip 1)

CT scan and planning, extractions if needed, 4 implants per arch (Straumann, Nobel or equivalent named brand), and a fixed provisional bridge you fly home wearing. 5 to 7 days in Cancun.

Healing (4-6 months)

Implants integrate at home. Soft food discipline matters. Good clinics schedule remote check-ins during this phase.

Final bridge (trip 2)

Your permanent bridge, usually zirconia or acrylic hybrid, fitted over 4 to 6 days. Confirm up front whether the final bridge is included in the quoted price or billed separately. This is the most common surprise cost.

Ask specifically: is the FINAL bridge included, what material is it, and what do the warranty terms say for both the implants and the bridge? Get all three answers in writing.

Straight talk

Who All-on-4 is really for

All-on-4 is life changing if you are losing most of your teeth or fighting failing dentures. It is NOT the right call if several of your natural teeth are savable. Extracting healthy teeth to sell a bigger package is the ugliest kind of overtreatment, and it happens. If a clinic quotes you All-on-4 without exploring what can be saved, send us the quote. The second read is free and could save your teeth.

Common questions

All-on-4 in Cancun: FAQ

No, that is a real Cancun price with brand-name implants. Mexican clinical costs are simply lower. What IS too good to be true: quotes that hide the final bridge cost, use unnamed implant systems, or promise permanent teeth in one trip for everyone.

Two trips over 4 to 7 months. Trip one is surgery plus provisional teeth (you leave with a fixed smile, not a gap). Trip two fits the permanent bridge.

Implant failure (2 to 5 percent), provisional breakage if you chew hard food too soon, and fit issues with the final bridge. All manageable when the clinic has a written protocol for each. That protocol in writing is your real protection, and we insist on it.

More implants can mean more support in weaker bone, and some clinics upsell it unnecessarily. The CT scan decides, not the sales pitch. Get the clinical justification in writing either way.
